The 3rd edition of Miss Grand Brasil, i.e. Miss Grand Brazil 2020, hosted its coronation ceremony on 30th January 2020 at Dall'Onder Grande Hotel, Bento Gonçalves, Río Grande del Sur. Stunning 22 delegates from all over the country competed for the national crown and an opportunity to represent Brazil in Miss Grand International 2020. Lala Guedes Miss Grand Paraíba 2020 was crowned the new queen by Marjorie Marcelle Miss Grand Brazil 2019 at the end of the event finale.
Lala Guedes is 27-years-old and stand 179cm tall and has graduated from the University of Arts, London where she studied living period. Alaise also studied about medicine back in her hometown. She is the first Northeasterner to occupy the national post. She is not new to the fashion industry as she started her career as a model at the age of 14 and by the time, she was 17, Lala was a renowned international model. She went back Campina Grande to prepare for the competition and raise awareness about the medicine.
Miss Grand Brazil 2019 Marjorie Marcelle mentioned that “I demand a lot in this event, I don’t give a damn. The reason is obvious: out their Miss Grand Brasil needs to communicate very well, clearly and confidently. I was very careful in my question and in the voting.” Alaise was confident, dedicated and focused towards winning and her hard work paid off well as she will be representing Brazil at the Miss Grand International 2020 in October in Caracas, Venezuela.

Mariana David Pinheiro Miss Grand Goiás 2020 was adjudged with the title of Best in Photogenic, Jéssica Dutkewicz Miss Grand Mato Grosso 2020 was adjudged with the title of Best in Evening Gown and Clarissa Thomsen Miss Grand Paraná 2020 was adjudged with the title of Best in Hair with Style during the competition.
Along with the court queens, Luiza Fonteles Miss Grand Amazonas 2020, Jessica Nunes Miss Grand Rio de Janeiro 2020, Yanna Gomes Miss Grand Rio Grande do Norte 2020, Isadora Meira Miss Grand São Paulo 2020, Caroline Andrade Miss Grand Sergipe 2020, Clarissa Thomsen Miss Grand Paraná 2020, Amanda Andrade Miss Grand Mato Grosso do Sul 2020, Maria Eduarda Estrela Miss Grand Distrito Federal 2020, Mylena Duarte Miss Grand Espírito Santo 2020, Mariana David Pinheiro Miss Grand Goiás 2020, Ruthy Rafaella Miss Grand Alagoas 2020, Luciana Silva Miss Grand Maranhão 2020 and Juliana Santana Miss Grand Bahia 2020 made it to the Top 15 of the competition.
