Veronica Rodriguez was initially crowned Miss Grand Canada 2018 during the grand finale of the event held on 23rd June 2018 at Deerfoot Inn and Casino, Calgary AB but she resigned from her position citing personal and family issues.

Now, Grace will be representing Canada at Miss Grand International 2018 to be held on 25th October 2018 in Myanmar. Grace Diamani was born in the city Quebec but was raised in Ontario where she moved as a child. She grew up in a big family of 6 children, in which she was the youngest and was brought up in a multicultural environment which gave her the agency and the desire to learn about different social issues.

One of the social issues that Grace strong advocates against is violence against women. Congo is one of the numerous countries that are affected by such atrocities where rape and violence against women are used as weapons of war, Grace mentions. Congo is also her country of origin. Few other issues she focuses on are police brutality and racial profiling.

To get a better understanding of these issues and to get the agency to counsel other people tangled in these social conflicts, Grace pursued a degree in Sociology at Carleton University. She also won the title of Miss Glamour Look International Canada 2018 at the finale of Miss Grand Canada 2018. She works with the modeling agency Models International Management.

During her free time, Grace likes to spend time with her friends and family. Her hobbies include painting, reading and photography. Grace is 24 years of age and is bilingual with the ability to speak fluently in French and English. With all these credits behind her charming personality, Grace will surely give the other contestants, at Miss Grand International 2018, a run for the coveted crown.

Canada is yet to win the title of Miss Grand International so Angelopedia congratulates Grace and wishes her all the best for her national delegacy in Miss Grand International 2018.
