In a recent post made by the Facebook page of Miss Grand International, Maria Catalina Flores Vargas has been officially confirmed as the new Miss Grand Chile 2018. She will now represent Chile in Miss Grand International 2018 to be held on 25th October 2018 in Myanmar.
Maria Catalina succeeds Miss Grand International 2017 Anahi Hormazabal. Anahi represented Chile in Miss Grand International 2017. Unfortunately, she was not able to secure a position in the Top 20 in the finale.
Maria Catalina is 23 years of age with a stellar height of 172 cm. She is from Conception of Chile but is currently residing in Santiago. Maria Catalina is a model as well as a student. She is currently pursuing Business Engineering at Universidad Andres Bello.
During her free time, she likes to sing and play different sports. She is also passionate about socializing with different people and is completely in love with modeling. Maria wants to become a Commercial Engineer. She is very proud and thankful for getting the opportunity to represent her country in such a prestigious beauty pageant.
