Phanida Hemthadathanakun was crowned Miss Grand Nongkhai 2022 at the finale held at Nong Khai Municipality Cultural Plaza at 31st December 2021 as she became the official representative of Nongkhai at Miss Grand Thailand 2022.

Phanida Hemthadathanakun gave a stellar performance at the state contest. She has studied Public administration at Udon Thani Rajabhat University. After being crowned Miss Grand Nongkhai 2022, the stunning beauty went to offer food to monks on New Year's Day with the Lord Mayor of Nong Khai Province.

Phanida took to her official social media to reveal her emotions in a post captioned, “For the past Miss Grand Nongkhai 2022 contest, first of all, Miu must thank the Miss Grand Nong Khai contestants for aiming to see Miu's potential to get the title of Miss Grand NongKhai 2022 and other awards. Miu thanks everyone for supporting Meu. Collect votes. I have always been cheering for Mew. Finally in the name of Miss Grand Nongkhai 2022. Mew will develop her potential to the maximum capacity a woman can do to be an agent in Miss Grand Thailand 2022 contest to the maximum capacity.”

Also present at the finale was Jim Jaruwan Mompanao, Miss Grand Roi Et 2022 who will represent Roi Et at Miss Grand Thailand 2022. Congratulations to the newly crowned queen.
