The finale of Miss Grand Phuket 2023 was held on 27th January 2023 where Tia Li Taveepanichpan was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Phuket at Miss Grand Thailand 2023. Tia is 26 years of age and stands 170 cm tall.
The stunning beauty queen is a Thai-Chinese-South African actress and model who was born in United States and grew up in Phuket, Thailand. She participated in Asia’s Next Top Model Cycle 2, The Face Thailand 2 and The Face Thailand 3. As an actress, her most famous drama is Thida Satan.
The newly crowned Miss Grand Phuket 2023 Tia Li Taveepanichpan’s court included –
1st Runner-up – Muk Kanrithai Thatsabut
2nd Runner-up – Mint Laphatthida Khongkraphan
3rd Runner up – Erin Piyathida Sengluang
4th runner-up – Min Worawalunch Putklang
On winning Miss Grand Phuket 2023, she took to her official social media as she wrote, “I have to say that Breaking out of your comfort zone and becoming someone to watch during a contest is not an easy thing. But Tia has overcome her fears and worries and is very much in love with this moment. Tia hopes to inspire people who want to try new things no matter how difficult it is. Because as I've said all along, life is too short to stay in one place!”
Tia Tavee is the first to wear the new Miss Grand Phuket crown edition known as ‘The Spirit of Andaman’, a symbol of national strength, grace, and honor. The gold crown represents good fortune, wealth and success according to the belief of the Hokkien Chinese people to celebrate the golden year of Miss Grand Phuket.
