The 71^st edition of Miss Indiana USA, Miss Indiana USA 2022, was held on 10^th April 2022 at Noblesville High School, Noblesville, Indiana where Samantha Paige Toney was crowned the new queen. She will represent Indiana at Miss USA 2022 as she succeeds and was crowned by Miss Indiana USA 2021 A’Niyah Birdsong.

Samantha Paige Toney is Manager & Instructor at Shred415 Hurstbourne, studied in Franklin Central High School and currently lives in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is Former NFL Cheerleader and Owner of Custom Blonde Co. which Does "Adding some sunshine to your daily cup of joe." She also owns Photography by Samantha Paige. In nutshell multi-talented multi-tasking Indian Gal is now officially represent Miss USA 2022 at national level and may be, if she wins Miss Universe 2022 too.

The newly crowned Miss Indiana USA 2022 Samantha Paige Toney’s court included –

1^st Runner-up – Haley Jordan Begay

2^nd Runner-up – Jenna Holt

3^rd Runner-up – Ariah Leary

4^th Runner-up – Gracie Eveland

Top 10 also included Kiki Walls, Katie Whipple, Rachel Major, India Cuttino, Nia Jones while Top 14 also included Lauren Molella, Lexie Dames, Kelli Abernathy and Kylee Kasper. Katie Whipple was awarded Miss Photogenic while Jenna Holt was awarded Miss Congeniality.

Also at the finale, KK Kokonaing was crowned Miss Indiana Teen USA 2022 as she became the official representative of Indiana at Miss Teen USA 2022. Kinley Shoemaker, Jade Eilers, Madilyn Hussey and Aleah Dean were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
