The 16th edition of Miss Indonesia, i.e. Miss Indonesia 2020, is all set to host its coronation night on Thursday, 20th February 2020, at Studio RCTI + MNC Studios, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta. Miss Indonesia 2019 Princess Megonondo from Jambi will crown her successor at the end of the event.

Carla Yules representing Sulawesi Selatan
Carla representating South Sulawesi, was born on 8th July 1996 and is 23 years of age. She is the 3rd child of 4 siblings. The beauty is studying at William Angliss Melbourne Institute majoring in Patisserie-Hospitality. Carla, who is very fond of cooking and basketball, was once a Volunteer Pastry Chef. She is talented, beautiful and is very eloquent. This chef will definitely leave a noteworthy mark in the competition.
Malida Dinda representing Riau
Malida was born on 5th March 2001 and is just 18 years of age. She proves that the age can never be a barrier to anything you dream for. You can be young and still do a lot. She is not just a beauty pageant dreamer, but also is a basketball athlete and is very good at playing guitar and singing. Malida was once the top 100 of Indonesian Idol X. The all-rounder Malida will definitely make it to the top.
Audrey Formoza representing NTB
Audrey was born on 25th August, 2000 and is 19 years of age. She has the skills to dance saman and make batik. She is currently majoring in the Secretariat Study Program. Audrey is a very talented girl, who once won 3rd place in the JABODETABEK 2017 English debate contest, TOP 21 NUDC 2019 Region III and 6 Great Campus Ambassadors in 2019. She is competitive and strong. She will definitely give a tough competition.
Ayu Suwenda representing Lampung
Ayu was born on 14th March 2001 and is just 18 years of age. She is a first-year student, majoring in Tourism Business. Ayu loves to dance traditionally. Ayu has always stayed in the limelight as she was once in year 2015, was Lampung Fashion Week Model and the in year 2012 she also played her role as a Child Model. She has always been interested in the glamorous world and has given her best when she gets an opportunity in it. With her this opportunity of being at Miss Indonesia 2020, she will definitely rock the stage of the national pageant.
Sarah Gabriella representing Gorontalo
Sarah Gabriella from Gorontalo was born on 25th April 2000 and is 19 years of age. She is a representative of Gorontalo Province at Miss Indonesia 2020. Sarah is majoring in Marketing Communication, 3rd semester. Sarah was a Full-time Paskibraka (National Flag Hoisting Troop) Indonesia. The diva is amazingly beautiful and is very intelligent. She will definitely leave her noteworthy mark in the competition.
Sherina Wijaya representing DKI Jakarta
Sherina Wijaya is a representative from DKI Jakarta Province. This 19-year-old beauty was born in Jakarta, on 10th October in year 2000. She is a student at STP Trisakti Hospitality Department. Sherina, who has guitar and singing skills, is also quite fluent in Mandarin. She is extremely talented and her eloquence is at par. She will definitely make it to the top in the finale.
Prilli Tamara representing Maluku Utara
Prilli Tamara is a representative from North Maluku. Born on 3rd April 1996, this 23-year-old was once the Champion of the National Cheerleading Championship. Prilli has splendid modeling and singing skills, which can take her further in the top and we believe that she can also win the competition because of her great support and followings.
Arifia Maulida representing Aceh
Arifia Maulida is a representative from the Province of Aceh. Arifia was born on 16th January 2000 and is 20 years of age. Arifia is a first-year student majoring in Islamic Cultural History. Because of her passion for singing, Arifia won the Musical Poetry as Champion 1 and had followed the French Musical Drama. She is not just talented and beautiful, but also very courageous. She knows her points and never comes out of her opinions. She is a strong contender and she will definitely leave a noteworthy mark in the competition.
This year, Miss Indonesia introduced its new crown. The crown titled "Spirit of Indonesia" is expected to present a fighting spirit for Indonesian women in the global arena. This crown is a work of UBS Gold with a frame made of white gold, studded with zirconia swarovski so that it gives a red accent. The combination of both red and white symbolizes Indonesia. Also, this year's event will be graced by none other than Miss World 2019 Toni-Ann Singh from Jamaica.
