Kaitlyn Li was adjudged as the third runner-up at the finale of Miss World Canada 2020 on 7th November 2020 after which she has earned the opportunity to represent Canada at Miss Intercontinental 2020 stage. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Kaitlin is one of the three fraternal all girl triplets which makes her a unique personality in herself.

Kaitlyn and her sisters founded their non- profit Canada Youth funding association when they were 13-years-old in hopes of uniting all children to learn, grow, educate, experience, and create anything their hearts desire. Their association offer workshops, seminars, competitions, and many beneficial and educational opportunities for youths to expand their futures and become the best possible versions of themselves.

Born into a large immigrant Chinese – Canadian family, Kaitlyn’s upbringing was like no others, at a very young age Kaitlyn understood family and that “selflessness” is the most important thing in life. She is very grateful to the organization of Miss World Canada for believing in her with the title and trusting her that she can represent the country at international stage. After winning the crown, she took to her social media and posted, “I couldn’t have done it without my family’s support through every freak out, and tantrum I had. I owe it all to them for that. Having NO pageant background, I trained hard, I worked hard and I am so thankful for my coaches.”

Kaitlyn impressed everyone with her performance on-stage and was one of the strongest contenders for the title. She is a positive, hopeful, determined, and hardworking human who believes that if one has their goals set, there is nothing that can stop them. She also mentioned that she is glad that she was able to meet the divas of Miss World Canada 2020 who are aspirational, strong, beautiful, and focused in their own set goals.
