Tenth entry to our Top 15 favourites list for Miss International 2014 is Miss International Indonesia 2014 Elfin Pertiwi Rappa. Elfin is just 19 years of age, and stands tall at 171 cm. She is a management student and also a professional model. Elfin was crowned Puteri Sumatera Selatan 2013 and went on to represent Sumatera Selatan at Puteri Indonesia 2014 pageant held on January 29' 2014 at in Jakarta Convention Center. She was crowned Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2014 (first runner-up at Puteri Indonesia 2014) at the conclusion of the pageant. At the same event, Elvira Devinamira was crowned the winner.
