Vanessa Hayes was crowned Miss International Bolivia 2023 at the finale of Miss Bolivia 2023 held in July 2023. Hayes, thus, became the official representative of Bolivia at Miss International 2023.

Vanessa Hayes is 24 years of age and graduated with Business Administration and Finance Degree from West Texas A&M University, USA. Hayes had scholarships and she obtained distinguished recognition during those years of study. She also worked her way through college, which taught her discipline, responsibility, and perseverance.

On winning the national crown, Hayes took to her official social media as she expressed her feelings in a post captioned, “Grateful with all my heart for all the support I received from the beginning. Thank God, my family, friends and everyone for the love! I feel very proud and excited to be able to represent my beautiful country in Japan this October. I promise to do my best, and leave the name of my beloved Bolivia high.”

Hayes is also helping young ladies in a foster home who have been victims of family violence where she teaches them about finances so that they can be potential entrepreneurs and know how to manage their finances when they are of legal age.

Miss International 2023 will be the 61st edition of Miss International which will be held at the Yoyogi Gymnasium No. 2 in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan on 26th October 2023 where Miss International 2022 Jasmin Selberg of Germany will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
