The National Beauty Contest Colombia appointed Natalia López Cardona as the official representative of Colombia at the upcoming edition of Miss International just a day ago. Natalia succeeds Alejandra Vengoechea Miss International Colombia 2019 for the title.

On being appointed Miss International Colombia 2022, Natalia seemed really pleased as she quoted, “Very pleased, it is something that fills me with pride. Having the privilege of bearing the name of my country, of my Quindío department, to different latitudes is a challenge for which I will work with all my spirit and discipline.”

“I will not be inferior to this great responsibility and I am sure that with the support and the beautiful energy that they have always sent me, we will have an excellent performance in Miss International 2022”, she added.

The 60th version of the event will take place in Japan at the end of November this year and which will bring together more than 57 exponents of female beauty from different countries around the world. The pageant is being held after a gap of two years because of covid-19. Sireethorn Leearamwat of Thailand will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
