Natalie Kocendova who was recently crowned Miss International Czech Republic 2020 has confirmed that she is five months pregnant with her boyfriend Lukáš Valcuha’s child. The couple showed the first photo with a pregnant belly, where they confirmed the happy news. She wrote, “The most beautiful time of my life! We are already looking forward to you, you our little love. ROYAL FAMILY #5months.”
The director of Miss Czech Republic, Tatyana Makarenko and her team issued a statement after consideration that even though Natalie violated the terms of the contract with Miss Czech Republic due to her pregnancy, she will not be deprived of the title of Miss International. Of course, she will not be able to take part in the world competition in Japan, where one of the finalists will have to represent her.
Tatyana wrote, “Nata´lie will not be stripped of her title and still fulfill her duties in the Czech Republic. However, she will not be eligible to compete at Miss International due to the international organization’s rules. One of the other girls in the Top 10 at Miss Czech Republic 2020 will represent the Czech Republic at the next edition of Miss International in Japan.”
Natalie had stated that she had no idea she was pregnant during the finals of Miss Czech Republic 2020, although she was already in her 4th month. She stated, "I found out about a week after the finals. My friend and I were in shock. I, Laky and the whole family were surprised. It wasn't planned, we've been together for a while, since January. I'm almost in the 5th month.” The diva further added that her menstrual cycle was normal and she had shown no symptom. “I had nausea, yes, but my pregnancy did not occur to me. In addition, I was afraid to go to the doctor because of Miss, so that they would not quarantine me and I lost the finals,” she added.
Nata´lie said that she is doing great and is very excited to start a new chapter in her life. Even though she won’t be able to represent her country at Miss International 2020 stage but she is very happy for the unborn child to see the world. There will be no wedding until the birth of the first child. "Not yet the wedding, let's have a varied life, we will leave it for later," Kocendová added.
The decision of Miss Czech Republic organization of not stripping Nata´lie Koc?endova´ off her title and letting her fulfil the crown duties has been applauded by a lot of fans and followers. Although Nata´lie would have been a strong contender at Miss International 2020 stage, it’s always a great news to hear about a child being born.
