At the end of the event, Giselle Tay Xin Heng was crowned as the new queen as she succeeded Miss International Malaysia 2019/2021 Charmaine Chew.

The performance began with an introduction session on the night of the finale, during which each member fashioned their own national costume. The majority of them chose traditional clothing styles that represent diverse Malaysian ethnic groups, while some stand out with their own fashion interpretation.
