Lars Pacheco was crowned Miss International Queen Philippines 2023 on the finale of the national pageant held on Saturday, 11th March 2023 at Aliw Theater in Pasay City, Metro Manila. Lars Pacheco bested twenty four contestants to win the national crown.

It was her second try at the pageant this year as she won the crown. She succeeded and was crowned by Miss International Queen 2022 Fuschia Anne Ravena. Not a stranger to pageantry, the new Miss International Philippines winner previously joined Super Sireyna on GMA's ‘Eat Bulaga!’ and then the inaugural Miss Q&A edition on ABS-CBN's ‘It's Showtime’ in 2018.

The newly crowned Miss International Queen Philippines 2023 Lars Pacheco’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Michelle Bermudez of Caloocan City

2nd Runner-up – Barbie Alawi of Zamboanga City

3rd Runner-up – Anne Patricia Lorenzo of Manila

4th Runner-up – Tamira Yvone Willis of Negros Occidental

Lars will now prepare to achieve a back-to-back win when she will represent her country in the upcoming Miss International Queen 2023 competition in Pattaya, Thailand. The Philippines first won the international pageant for transgender women with Kevin Balot in 2012 while the second win was by Trixie Maristela in 2015.
