The finale of Miss Kyrgyzstan 2023 was held on Tuesday, 3rd October 2023 in Bishkek where twenty stunning ladies from all over the country competed for the national crown.
The organization was responsible for handing out five titles namely Miss Kyrgyzstan 2023, Miss Kyrgyzstan Universe 2023, Miss Kyrgyzstan Earth 2023, Miss Bishkek 2023, and Top Model of Kyrgyzstan 2023.

Maya Turdalieva succeeds last year’s winner Altynai Botoyarova and will go on to represent Kyrgyzstan at Miss Universe 2023 which will be held in El Salvador on 18th November 2023 where Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel of USA will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
Aiperi Keneshbekova succeeds Aizhan Chanacheva and will go on to represent Kyrgyzstan at Miss Earth 2023 to be held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 22nd December 2023 where Miss Earth 2022 Mina Sue Choi of South Korea will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
