The majestic coronation night of Miss Marianas 2018 which took place at the Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan on 24th February 2018 saw its end with the crowning of Celine Concepcion Cabrera as Miss Marianas International 2018. She will now go on to represent Marianas at Miss International 2018.
The lovely lady was crowned by the reigning queen Miss Marianas 2016 Peachy Quitugua who also handed over her reign to the new winner.
Celine Concepcion Cabrera is 23 years old and she is operations manager at the company Dr Safety Consultant. She is also working on a bachelor’s degree in Education at the Northern Marianas College. She has done her graduation from Saipan Southern High School.
She had a sweet message for all after her win on her Instagram. Here’s what she had to say -
Hafa Adai Marianas & afar! I would first like to thank God. This journey has led me to firmly believe that everything happens for a reason. It led me to trust in God’s plan. Every bump in the road has led to this moment. Me being crowned the 2018 Miss Marianas. I would like to thank my sponsors. Without your support I would not have been able to perform my best last night. Thank you to my supporters, especially those of you who believed in me since the moment I decided to follow my dream & become a part of this pageant. Thank you to the Stellar committee, without your hard work & dedication none of this would’ve been possible. Thank you to the beautiful contestants. Your friendship has turned into a sisterhood & you are all winners in my eyes. Thank you Peachy for always willing to give your advice when needed. Lastly, my family & friends. My brothers, my sister, cousins, best friends, Aunts & Uncle’s, Nina’s & Ninos & most especially my Mother & step father. You guys of all people know how much this meant to me & that it has been something I’ve been dreaming about since I was a little girl. Celine simultaneously won the Best in Swimsuit, Best in Evening Wear, and Best in National Costume, with a “totot - enthused costume. The icing on top was the Stellar Star award that was handed over to her for her hard work and dedication.
Celine received $1,000 for her Miss Marianas win and a free use of a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, courtesy of Triple J Motors.
