Rocío Carrillo was crowned Miss Chiapas 2019 on 8th March 2020 and has become the official representative of Chiapas in Miss Mexico 2020. The diva originally hails from Tapachula and is 25 years old and stands 170 cm tall. She has a degree in image designing and now works as a licensed image consultant. She is also a host, tv presenter and a professional model. She speaks fluent English and has been a part of show ‘Falling in Love’ at TV Azteca.
The diva has worked as a professional model for national and international brands and gained knowledge as well as experience for her future projects and beauty pageants. She is a quick learner and has dedicated her time to modelling in order to represent Mexico at Miss World 2020.
Rocío has worked and will continue to work together with the Toledo Foundation in the Acércame a la Escuela program, a social project for beauty programs with the purpose. Her project’s name is “Come Closer to School” in which her team and she will help children to be able to access education. She feels that education is very important for young people to understand what lies in the future and as they are the next generation, they need to have access to the right kind of information.
The 25-year-old host and tv presenter has come out as a strong contender for the title as she has some experience in the field of pageantry because of her works with designers and brands. She is very persuasive in her speech which will benefit her during the competition and she is very opinionated with her thoughts and views. She puts them out clear and loud to make people understand what she’s saying.
The diva would use the platform of Miss Mexico 2020 to talk about her project along with her belief that women should not be told what to do. She is all about women empowerment and advocates people about the same. She can be a tough contender for the crown. She is very proud of her Mexican background and takes proud in showing it off. She has been supported and motivated by her family and friends and she feel immense gratitude for them for always being there.
With her confidence, experience and determination, Rocío Carrillo can take the title of Miss Mexio 2020 home along with an opportunity to represent Mexico at Miss World 2020. She is very self-assured that she has all the qualities and skills for that and is working on the areas she can needs improvement.
Miss Mexico 2020 organization has commenced its search for the delegates of different provinces from across the country who will vie for the crown of Miss Mexico 2020 and the opportunity to represent Mexico in Miss World 2020. However, there has not been any official announcement regarding the date and venue of the event.
