Anshika Sharma rose to fame when she was adjudged the first runner-up at the conclusion of Miss Nepal Oceania 2020 held on 14th March 2020 in Australia. Ever since missing on the crown by an inch, she has made it to the wishlist for every pageant fanatic to be a part of Miss Universe Nepal 2020. Ever since Miss Nepal lost the franchise of Miss Universe Nepal, a separate pageant is surely the way to go.
Anshika was not just adjudged the first runner-up award but also won Miss Public Choice at the pageant. From Kathmandu, Nepal, Anshika currently resides in Sydney. The 23-year-old stunning beauty stands 177 cm tall which makes her an ideal delegate for Miss Universe Nepal 2020 crown. She works as a Sales Analyst professionally.

Anshika also took to her official social media to reveal her emotions in a post captioned, “Miss Nepal Oceania 2020 - 1st runner up. Firstly, I want to pat myself on the back for working harder than I ever imagined. I have surprised myself at times with what I was able to do. Thank you to mentors of UNAE for sharpening my potential and making me ready for the next challenge. Every day was a learning day, curiosity over perfection is what I take away from this journey.”
Anshika debuted in pageantry through Miss Nepal Oceania 2020 after being a fan for almost a decade. She believes, “One thing that is required the most in this world is love and compassion for each other. With this state of mind, I am putting my best foot forward in this pageant to encourage people to give back more to the community. I wholeheartedly believe that serving the community is an amplitude to achieve a community full of love.”

Due to short gap between Miss Nepal 2020 auditions and COVID-19 outbreak, Anshika has short chances of making it to the pageant. Thus, her chances of being a part of Miss Universe Nepal makes more sense. With her success in her debut pageant and her stunning beauty, Anshika makes for an ideal candidate to represent Nepal at Miss Universe 2020.
