Miss New York USA organization held the 2021 edition on 20th August 2021 at the Resorts World Catskills in Monticello, New York where Briana L. Siaca was crowned Miss New York USA 2021 who will now represent New York at Miss USA 2021. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss New York USA 2020 Andreia Gibau.

Briana Siaca hails from Brentwood, Town of Islip, Suffolk County. The 27-year-old stunning beauty is the epitome of determination as this was her fifth stint at Miss New York USA competition. Before winning this title, Briana was Miss New York USA 2017 second runner-up, Miss New York USA 2018 second runner-up, Miss New York USA 2019 third runner-up and Miss New York USA 2020 second runner-up.

Siaca attended Pace University in New York City, New York and in May 2016, she graduated cum laude from Pace University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Briana competed against 166 other contestants to win the state title and will now represent New York at Miss USA 2021.

The newly crowned Miss New York USA 2021 Briana Siaca’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Heather Nunez

2nd Runner-up – Rachelle Di Stasio

3rd Runner-up – Brylin D’Antonio

4th Runner-up – McKenzie Blair

Apart from the winner and her court, the Top 10 included Joahnnalee Ucol, Lauren Reilly, Carisa Peart, Dorina Papraniku, Emily Mahana. The Top 21 also included Heather Thompson, Taryn Smith, Tiffani Singleton, Gia Sciara, Joya Ma, Katherine McQuade, Iris Lin, Maryam Deanna Jaafar, Carolyn Hoover, Chakendra Fennell and Tendrina Alexandre.

Also at the finale, Geanna Koulouris was crowned Miss New York Teen USA 2021 and will now represent New York at Miss Teen USA 2021. She succeeds and was crowned by Maya Dominguez, Miss New York Teen USA 2020. The Top 5 also included Ella-Thomas Montgomery, Gabriella Abruzzo, Alyssa Dass and Bianca Dini.
