Adriana Paniagua, the 22-year-old diva from Managua, is one of the strongest contenders at Miss Nicaragua 2018. The national pageant has scheduled to crown its new queen on 24th March 2018 where Miss Nicaragua 2017 Berenice Quezada from El Rama will crown her successor.
Nicaragua is yet to pioneer its win at the coveted Miss Universe Pageant. Even after her spectacular performance, Berenice could not place in the semi-finals, thus breaking plenty of hearts.
Adriana Paniagua, however, may bring home its first Miss Universe title! From Chinandega, Adriana has a lic. in Global management. The Nicaraguan beauty has been a consistent performer at the competition so far. Be it the National Costume Presentation or the swimsuit photoshoot, Adriana has left no stones unturned to make her presence felt strongly in the competition.
Adriana is not new to the world of pageantry; she was Miss Teen Nicaragua 2011 and Miss Teen International 2011. She follows "Never leave your dreams and what motivates you" by her heart.
Being a social media star that she is, Adriana keeps all her followers and fans regularly updated on what’s really going on in her life. She also uses her voice to promote women empowerment and strengthening of power between women to fight injustice all around the world.
Even with all the fame and success that she has achieved so far, Adriana stays grounded as she thanks her supporters on a daily basis for the amount of love and respect they bestow on her.

Having refused to step up to represent Nicaragua at Miss World in 2013, Adriana shocked the country. She explained, “For me at first I was proud to represent Nicaragua, but I feel that there were two reasons why I am refusing to go to Miss World, one is because I do not feel prepared and I think that if I can represent Nicaragua I will do it well.”
After preparing herself with sincerity and loads of hard work, Adriana is ready to step up towards her goal of winning the first ever Miss Universe title for her beloved country.
