During the grand finale of Miss North Dakota USA 2019 held on 4th November 2018, Samantha Redding was crowed the winner. This means that she has earned the right to represent North Dakota in Miss USA 2019 to be held next year in May. If Samantha manages to win the state title, she will be the representative of the United States in Miss Universe 2019.

Samantha is 22 years of age from Burlington. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the Minot State University. Her ultimate dream is to help children of all abilities attain their personal as well as their educational goals.

Since Samantha’s sibling was born with a disability, she had developed a habit of helping others since a very young age. Along with that, her father was in the army who spent a year deployed to Iraq which further developed her helping nature.

The American beauty volunteers with many organisations, like North Dakota Buddy Walk, Circle of Friends, Souris Valley Humane Society, Second Story, Dream Catchers Baseball, Special Olympics of North Dakota, and Minot Area Homeless Coalition.

Samantha truly has a very heart of gold as she goes by the saying, "Be somebody who makes everyone feel like somebody." This belief describes how well of influence and inspiration she is going to be throughout her reign. Along with that, she also plans to keep on contributing to her community by helping the children and working in different organizations.

During her year as the crowned winner, Samantha wants to promote acceptance, inclusion and positivity. Her passionate and hardworking nature will make her America’s favourite and it will not be surprising if she wins the national crown.
