Julie Tagliavacca crowned Miss Pays de la Loire 2020 for Miss France 2021

Julie Tagliavacca was crowned Miss Pays de la Loire 2020 on 25th September 2020 during the ceremony organized in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne. She will be representing the province at the Miss France 2021 stage and has succeeded Miss Pays de la Loire 2019 Yvana Cartaud for the title and is very excited to take over the crown duties.  She was crowned by Miss France 2020 Clémence Botino and her scarf was given to her by her predecessor.

Hailing from Maulévrier, Julie is 24-years-old and graduated with a master's degree in international marketing, has created a fashion and jewellery business sold online. She has been involved in the fight against cancer since her father fell ill. After winning the crown, Julie mentioned, “I worked a lot mentally and physically. I did two to three intensive sports sessions a week, I prepared my speech, I took makeup and hairdressing lessons. I also asked a couturier, who is also my friend, to design my dress.” She also mentioned that she is very grateful for the crown and would do her best to make the people of Pays de la Loire proud.

First Runner-up: Marion Bulteau

Second Runner-up: Maeva Margage

Third Runner-up: Line Carvalho

Fourth Runner-up: Marion Bernard

During her speech before the judges at the competition, Julie declared that her goal is to highlight the beautiful heritage of her region while embodying the modern woman who likes to undertake. She is not new to the world of beauty pageant as she was adjudged as the second runner-up at Miss Pays de la Loire 2019 competition. Julie along with handling her jewellery company, she manages the social networks of her company, and even embarked on a modelling career, where she is represented by the agency VIP Models. She also wants to use the platform to create awareness regarding cancer and has firm plans for it. She is ambitious, determined, and beautiful who has shown immense dedication towards winning the title.
