On the way to its finale, Miss Philippines Earth 2018 will be conducting various activities to test the contestants, and choose a winner worthy of succeeding Miss Earth 2017 Karen Ibasco. The girls will be constantly graded and tested on their various abilities. One such competition was held on 24th April 2018.

Held at F1 Hotel, Bonifacio Global City was the Miss Philippines Earth 2018 Figure and Form competition. The Figure and Form competition is one of the 3 key factors in determining the Top 10 semi-finalists for Miss Philippines Earth 2018. The competition was a huge success despite the heavy downpour earlier in the evening.

Contestants walked the ramp in white bikinis, to emphasize their figures. Miss Philippines Earth official Facebook page went live surfing the whole event, to make sure the fans at home also got the chance to see the competition.

There was a total of seven people qualified and reputed enough to judge the competition. The judges were Angelo Mendez (Advertising Director, UFC Gym Fitness Coach), Chi Malasarte (Certified Yoga Guru,Evolve Yoga and Fitness), Caloy Bacani (Marketing Manager of Peerless Products Manufacturing Corporation), Roel Refran (Chief Operating Officer,PSE), Amiel Cabanlig (President of Elorde Ortigas, Co-Owner of Elordes Wack Wack and Marcos Highway, Former Producer of Miss Hawaiian Tropic and Former Editor of Manila Times), Irene Garcia (Former National Athlete and Olympic Gold Medalist Trap,Asian Games World Cups,Southeast Asian Games, Certified Health and Fitness Coach), and Mostafa Elezali (Man of the World 2017)

The next competition that will take place in the Miss Philippines Earth 2018 pageant is the Beauty of Face and Poise.
