The 10th anniversary of Miss Queen Portugal is scheduled to be held on 10th April 2022 in Castro Daire where delegates from all over the country will compete for the coveted title of Miss Queen Portugal 2021 and an opportunity to win the right to represent Portugal at Miss Earth 2022.

The winner will succeed Miss Queen Portugal 2020 Ivanna Rohashko for the title. She was appointed the title when Camila Vitorino renounced her title in September 2020 citing personal reasons.
