The winner of the competition will enter Miss World 2018, win the Hyundai Kona, the two-person holiday in Oman and other awards. The first and second runners-up will go on to the competitions Miss International and Miss Supranational. During the final evening, Miss Drive, Miss Gosh, Miss Pierot, Miss Pleasant Voice, Miss Press and Eva Miss Sympatia will also be released.

Every year is challenging, this year was the second when we picked out only from video ads, we were a bit more experienced, it was better. I think the girls have also put more effort into the videotape. I can say that we had almost the same twenty, who moved into the semifinals. It worked fast and that's why we do not even have a substitute. The girls have already been practicing walking, media training, and we have already been able to shoot official portraits that will soon be outside,” the director of the competition, Karolína Chomisteková said.

Every year we are trying something new in the finals, this year's talented girls are very talented, so we are also considering restoring free discipline. But three months into the final is a long time to find out what the girls are personally as they are,” the director added.

The impulse to enter the competition was given by my mother and brother who support me in this, which I am very pleased with. I'm mainly expecting to compete in the competition, and I will have the opportunity to try something new,” she said for TASR finalist Frederick Chovancová of Levoca.
