Hyper Festival Malaysia organization held the finals on 27th August 2022 at the Sabah International Convention Centre where Deidre Walker was crowned Miss Supranational Malaysia 2023 as she became the official representative of Malaysia at Miss Supranational 2023.

Deidre Walker was crowned by the outgoing queen Miss Supranational Malaysia 2022 Melisha Lin who competed at Miss Supranational 2022 and finished in the Top 24. Diedre is a psychology graduate and a model by profession. She is also an advocate of Kinabalu Pink Ribbon, a breast cancer awareness foundation.

At the end of the event finale, Vinthiya “Vivy” Vasu from Kuala Lumpur and Vivienna Alfred from Sarawak were adjudged first and second runners-up respectively.

The stunning delegates who competed for Miss Supranational Malaysia 2023 crown are Deidre Walker, Evianne Ford, Geetha William, Helen Chong, Janilda Navya, Nancy Tor, Prevena Gnasegaran, Verollia, Vivy and Meme Yaw.

Also at the finale, Wenanita Angang from Sabah was crowned Miss World Malaysia 2022 as she became the official representative of Malaysia at Miss World 2022. Charissa Chong was crowned Miss Grand Malaysia 2022 and will represent Malaysia at Miss Grand International 2022.
