Alethea Ambrosio was officially crowned Miss Supranational Philippines 2024 at the official press presentation of Miss Universe Philippines 2024 held on 18th February 2024 at the Grand Ballroom, Hilton Manila. At the event, The Miss Philippines organization announced the appointments results.

Alethea Ambrosio, previously, was crowned The Miss Philippines 2023 at the first edition of the national pageant held on 24th October 2023 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay. She was crowned by Miss Supranational Philippines 2023 Pauline Amelinckx.

Also at the finale, Blessa Figueroa was crowned Miss Asia Pacific International Philippines 2024, Isabelle De Los Santos was crowned Miss Aura International Philippines 2024, Chantal Elise Schmidt was crowned Miss Eco International Philippines 2024 and Hanna Uyan was crowned Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2024.

The 15th edition of Miss Supranational will be held later in the year in Nowy Sacz, Lesser Poland, Poland where Miss Supranational 2023 Andrea Aguilera of Ecuador will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
