At the coronation night of Miss Ukraine Universe 2019 held last night at the luxurious Ball Room of Fairmont Grand Hotel Kiev, Ukraine, Anastasiia Subbota was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Ukraine Universe 2018 Karyna Zhosan and will now represent her country in Miss Universe 2019.
From Zaporozhye, Anatasiia is a professional model who loves painting, sports choreography, traveling, learning new languages, cooking. She recently assisted in a charity event for children together with Independent Country Fund showing her compassion to help others. Giving a stunning performance at the national contest, the stunning diva was every bit deserving of the title. She was also a part of our Top favourites for the national crown.
As the competition began, sixteen contestants began their fight for the crown but they were cut down to Top 7 which included Oksana Vatamaniuk, Marina Volodina, Yanina Rybalko, Anita Shyian, Liza Yastremska, Anastasiia Subbota and Elizabeth Maruniak.
The contestants who competed for the national crown were Anastasiia Subbota (Zaporizhia Oblast), Anastasia Yakovleva (Kiev Oblast), Anita Shyian (Kharkiv Oblast), Antonina Trofimenko (Kiev Oblast), Bohdana Plotytsia (Vinnytsia Oblast), Elena Bodnar (Vinnytsia Oblast), Elena Murkina (Donetsk Oblast), Elizabeth Maruniak (Kiev Oblast), Liza Yastremska (Kiev Oblast), Christina Azarova (Kiev Oblast), Marina Volodina (Kiev Oblast), Marina Mikhaylova (Odessa Oblast), Oksana Baranetska (Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast), Oksana Vatamaniuk (Chernivtsi Oblast), Yulia Belchenko (Kiev Oblast) and Yanina Rybalko (Kiev Oblast).

Last year, Karyna Zhosan represented the country at Miss Universe 2018 pageant but failed to win any of the spots in the finale. Therefore, the country is yet to pioneer its win in Miss Universe beauty pageant.
