The reigning beauty Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray has been caught under the limelight of all the cheerful and peppy news by the media and the last one was about her grand homecoming.

However, this time, she appeared in an interview on ‘Tonight with Boy Abunda’ show, where she talked about her 6-year-old relationship with model Clint Bondad and justified the reason of parting ways with him.

Catriona made this revelation on being asked whether she and the model-actor are still going together, during her course of presence in the interview on 22nd February 2019.

“We just didn't work out” she uttered and justified the reason of the breakup by adding, “It was really hard going through the competition with that happening all at the same time but I had to keep reminding myself this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I need to give my best of why am I here, that I want to represent the Philippines well.”

Catriona also revealed that their relationship issues did not embark after she won Miss Universe, but even before she competed in it. Moreover, the diva was asked if she still loves him, but she left the question unanswered and instead she thanked Clint for the time they spent together and for supporting her when she was going through tough times.

After explaining the reason, she added, “ I've never really had the chance --because being in a 6-year relationship from the age of 18, I've never been a young adult, a growing young Christian in that season of singleness.” As per her, it is quite important to live individually as it makes you aware of your own likes, dislikes and genuinely makes you recognize your own personality.

Catriona believes that being a reigning Miss Universe has rendered her a golden opportunity in her hands through which she can learn and grow and receive prosperity ahead.
