Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is now a host!

Even after her Miss Universe reign, Catriona Gray shows no signs of slowing down as she looks to expand her career in the Philippines. And going by her ever-growing followers on social media, millions around the world are curious to see what she’s up to next as she posts everything she adventures.

Catriona Gray, the fourth Filipino Miss Universe, appears to have much in store for her fans in 2020 as one of them, was of her being welcomed as a co-host of ‘It’s Showtime’ on Monday, i.e. 6th January 2020, where she also celebrated her 26th birthday.

Catriona opened the show with a song before the hosts, led by Vice Ganda, Karylle, and Vhong Navarro, greeted her a happy birthday.

 

 

The queen also expressed her gratitude and her overwhelming feelings towards it and said, "I am so so happy to be part of It's Showtime family for my birthday week. It's the best time to celebrate, gusto ko talaga (I want) to be with you all for my birthday, to be with the madlang people,".

Catriona's hosting stint with the show will be for a limited time. Co-hosts Anne Curtis and Mariel Rodriguez are both on maternity leave from the show. Before the It's Showtime stint, Catriona announced on her social media accounts that she was getting her own wax figure from Madame Tussauds. The figure will be unveiled in Manila and will be on display in 3 locations – Singapore, Thailand, and Hong Kong.

Catriona is signed with Cornerstone Entertainment, which will manage her career. She is also set to publish a book this 2020, which particularly will be her writing debut with “Conquering Your Universe,” a collaboration with ABS-CBN Books.

The all-rounder Catriona Gray is also pursuing a music career tied with her advocacies, and is hard at work on her own jewelry line, inspired by her Miss Universe accessories.
