Miss Universe 2019 hosted its Preliminary and National Costume Competition today, in Atlanta, Georgia. The delegates fought for their spot in the Top 20 which was largely based on the preliminary competition performances. The event was hosted by none other than Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray who did not only keep the audience engaged but also have been the motivation for the girls.
The preliminary competition is one of the most important parts of Miss Universe. The National Costume Competition witnessed the delegates parading in their traditional costumes representing the culture and traditions of their countries. While they also paraded on the ramp in their evening gowns and swimsuits. The delegates were then judged on their confidence, grace and elegance.
Though each and every diva marked her stint in the competition and looked absolutely stunning in their costumes, there were some who rocked the stage with their presence in the swimsuits they carried while walking effortlessly on the stage with much grace and elegance.
