Chantel O’Brian crowned Miss Universe Bahamas 2021

Miss Bahamas organisation hosted the finale of the 2021 edition on 3rd October 2021 at the grand salon, rosewood where four finalists competed for the national crown and Chantel O’Brian was crowned the new queen at the end of the event finale.

Chantel O’Brian represented New Providence at the national contest. Born in Nassau, Chantel works as an etiquette coach. Giving a stunning performance throughout the competition, Chantel made her place as a frontrunner in the competition.

 

 

On completing her journey as Miss New Providence and beginning a new chapter, O’Brian exclaimed, “And just like that, the day is here! It has been a pleasure to compete in this year's @missbahamasqueen as Miss New Providence! I couldn't do this journey without the support of all of you. From my mother to my close friends and loved ones, I am fortunate to have such a great support system.”

Chantel succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Bahamas 2020 Shauntae Miller who failed to place in the Top 21. Bahamas is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Universe.
