Miriam Rautert crowned Miss Universe Germany 2019

Miss Universe Germany 2019 held its grand coronation night on 1st August 2019 where Miriam Rautert was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Germany in Miss Universe 2019. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Germany 2018 Celine Willers.

She has made history by being crowned as the first black Miss Universe Germany. Born in 1996, Miriam stands 165 cm tall and is of mixed heritage being German-Trinidadian. A dreamer, ambitious and honest diva, Miriam loves sports, her modelling career, writing stories and eating out. She has also completed her bachelor’s degree in Journalism.

The newly crowned queen Miriam Rautert’s court included –

First Runner-Up is Christine Annabelle Keller

Second runner-up is Alena Krempl

The contestants who competed for the national crown are Miriam Rautert from Berlin, Monja Möser, Mona Chantal Schafnitzl from Bavaria, Christine Annabelle Keller from Cologne, Karina Lege, Alena Krempl, Aleksandra Rogovic, Dalila Jabri, Paula Essam and Sheila Santos.

Last year, Miriam Rautert represented Germany in Miss Universe 2018 but unfortunately failed to win a placement in the Top. Germany is yet to pioneer its win in Miss Universe pageant.
