The finale of Miss Universe Guyana 2023 is scheduled to be held on 2nd September 2023 at Guyana Marriott Hotel Georgetown where delegates from all over the country will compete for the national crown and the winner will represent Guyana at Miss Universe 2023.

Guyana is returning to Miss Universe this year after an absence of six years. “After a 6-year absence, Guyana is FINALLY going back to the MISS UNIVERSE international stage. US-based and award-winning pageant director Teri Brown-Walker has been named the new Miss Universe franchise holder for Guyana”, the organization quoted.

The eight finalists competing for Miss Universe Guyana 2023 are Miss Bartica Universe 2023 Colline Ward, Miss Demerara-Mahaica Universe 2023 Mackella Profeiro, Miss Essequibo Islands-West Demerara Universe 2023 Chandini Baljor, Miss Georgetown Universe 2023 Lieve Blanckaert, Miss La Parfaite Harmonie Universe 2023 Melissa Mc Lean, Miss Onderneeming Universe 2023 Anika Felicien, Miss Pakaraima Universe 2023 Britny Mack and Miss Pomeroon-Supenaam Universe 2023 Lisa Narine.

Miss Universe 2023, the 72nd edition of Miss Universe, is scheduled to be held in El Salvador on 18th November 2023 where Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel of USA will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
