The grand coronation of the Miss Universe Iceland 2018 pageant will take place 21st August 2018 at the Hljómahöll Stapi Concert and Conference Hall in Reykjanesbær where Miss Universe Iceland 2017 Arna Ýr Jónsdóttir will crown a successor, who will then go on to represent Iceland at Miss Universe 2018 competition, where Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters will crown the Miss Universe 2018.
Another contestant to be introduced to the pageant’s fans through the Miss Universe Iceland organization’s Facebook page is Miss Grindavik 2018 Tinna Björk Stefánsdóttir. She is the fifth contestant in the series of our Top 10 favourite contestants competing for the title.
Tinna, 24, was born and raised in Grindavík, which she proudly represents in this year’s competition. Tinna works in the Ground Operations Center for a major Icelandic air carrier. She is also a makeup artist and studied at Reykjavik Makeup School. She is down to earth, loves to meet new people and would love to get to know other cultures while traveling around the world. In her free time, she loves to maintain a healthy lifestyle, spend time with her dogs, friends and family. Tinna’s favorite quote is “No matter how you feel. Get up, dress up, show up and never give up!”
