Arbesa Rrahmani was crowned Miss Universe Kosovo 2023 at the finale of the national pageant held on 1st June 2023 at The Palace of Congresses, A Convention center at Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit in Tirana, Albania. Arbesa will now prepare to represent her country at Miss Universe 2023.
Arbesa succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Kosovo 2022 Roksana Ibrahimi. She bested twenty three other contestants to win the national title. Arbesa performed with excellence and grace and impressed everyone with her strong walk and communication skills.
Along with her, Endi Demneri was crowned Miss Universe Albania 2023 as she became the official representative of Albania at Miss Universe 2023.
The Hosts for the evening were Teni Vllaçaj, Cindy Marina and Eriona Sejdiu while the stars in pageant included Mc Kresha & Lyrical Son, Soni Malaj, Marsela Cibukaj, Elgit Doda, Eric Lloshi, Erma Mici and Yona.
The special guests included Margaret Shllaku, Armina Mevlani, Adrola Shower, Agnes Vuthaj, Zana Krasniqi, Inger Skura, Adela Cani, Fjodora Fjora, Robert Berisha, Albert Duman, Ardit Roshi, Labinot Gashi, Florian Agalliu, and Skerdi Faria.
