Miss Nederland 2018 (Miss Universe Netherlands 2018) coronation night has been scheduled for Monday, 9th July, 2018 at 19:00 hrs at AFAS Circustheater, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands. At the conclusion of the finale Miss Nederland 2017 Nicky Opheij will crown her successor, Miss Nederland 2018, who will then represent Netherlands at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant where Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters will crown her successor.
The competing 12 finalists for the Miss Nederland 2018 crown are Lotte van der Drift, Tess Mirani, Bodique van Rixtel, Carlijn Megens, Cathalijne Runia, Maruschka Sahiboe, Milou Custers, Nina van den Broek, Rahima Dirkse, Rianne Groot Roessink, Shalien Gieske, and Tanisha Nielo.
After the applications for Miss Nederland 2018 were screened, around 80 girls were invited for the casting. After the preliminary auditions, 25 semi-finalists were selected and the list was then pruned to 12 finalists who will now have the chance to wear the Miss Universe Netherlands 2018 crown.
