Cyrille Payumo was crowned Miss Universe Pampanga 2024 at the finale of the state pageant held on Royce Hotel and Casino in Mabalacat, Pampanga on 19th January 2024 as she became the official representative of Pampanga at Miss Universe Philippines 2024.

A pageant veteran, Cyrille is a filipina fashion model and tourism ambassador from Porac. She holds a bachelor’s degree in tourism and travel services management. Her pageant experience is extensive which makes her an experienced beauty queen to take her efforts at the national competition and win the chance to represent her country at Miss Universe this year.

Also at the finale, Andra Ting was crowned Miss Philippines – Pampanga 2024. The newly crowned Miss Universe Philippines – Pampanga 2024 Cyrille Payumo’s court included –

1st Runner-Up – Gwen Tuazon

2nd Runner-Up – Rena Flores

Top 8 also included Ercy Tiongson from Magalang, Ella Shiela Villanueva from Arayat, Trinity Nicole Escaño from Floridablanca and Sarah Bakhit from Santa Rita.

The contestants who competed for Miss Universe Philippines – Pampanga 2024 were Alyssa Napenas, Dailyn, Andra Ting, Nicole Granados, Bianca Garcia Mohamed, Ercy Tiongson, Nika Salalila, Cyrille Payumo, Ella Shiela Villanueva, Sarah, Shairelle Canlapan, Gwen Tuazon, Rena Marie Flores, Camille, Nikki Naguiat Escaño.

Miss Universe Philippines 2024 will be the fifth edition of Miss Universe Philippines where Michelle Dee of Makati will crown her successor at the end of the event finale and the winner will represent the Philippines at Miss Universe 2024, to be held in Mexico.
