Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.  

In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Lesly Sim is the first ever Miss Universe Philippines candidate from Macalelon, Quezon. The stunner is all set to compete with hardwork and determination at the national pageant.

On becoming the national contestant at Miss Universe Philippines 2023, Lesly took to her official social media as she wrote, “I still couldn't believe my eyes while seeing this photo of myself as one of the official candidates for the @themissuniverseph 2023. Oras na para ipagsigawan ang adbokasiya para sa kabataan. Ika nga ng mga kasamahan ko sa National Youth Parliament, Youth Leader naman para sa Miss Universe PH. This is Lesly Sim, your Miss Universe Philippines, Quezon Province!”

Through her efforts, Lesly wants to help children grow in a happy and healthy environment. She has the looks, good communication skills and a charming personality to take her far in the competition.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will be the successor of Celeste Cortesi, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
