Former Miss Universe queens Pia Wurtzbach and Catriona Gray partnered for LoveYourself Philippines on the red carpet of Love Gala 2023. Pia wore a metallic bronze Filipina gown, while Catriona donned a vintage floral gown, with stylish bangs.

Pia Wurtzbach also expressed her elation as she wrote on her social media, “Because where there is love, heroes emerge! Proud to be part of this year’s Love Gala with my sister Catriona Gray. As we continue the fight on HIV, it’s always an honor to pay homage to the game changers in HIV Advocacy in the Philippines & Asia Pacific. Every win, big or small, of our community against HIV is worth the celebration.”

During her reign as Miss Universe 2015, Pia made HIV-AIDS as one of her advocacies and two years later, she launched a project to spread facts about HIV. Catriona has also previously worked with LoveYourself to introduce an at-home HIV screening kit in Philippines.

Love Gala is an annual event organized by LoveYourself Inc., an HIV advocacy group to celebrate the community's triumphs over HIV and its challenges. It was a treat to watch these two beauties stand together for such powerful cause!
