Miss Universe Romania 2020 Bianca Lorena Tirsin revealed her national costume for Miss Universe 2020 a few hours ago. She disclosed the costume through her social media post describing the costume that is inspired by the Romanian fairy tales. The attire is designed by Atelier Arina Varga and illustrated by Madalina Andronic.
The national costume will have elements of the national harbor crust, embroidery and beads and print, all made specifically for this dress. Visually, the elements in the print will be inspired by Ileana Cosanzeana - the female ideal, represented by nature and rebirth.
Bianca also teased her followers by sharing that there will be some surprise elements in the costume which will only be revealed during the competition. She said, “The outfit will have an element of surprise, inspired by the adventure of knowing the main heroes of the fairy tales at the end of the adventure, heroes are always better and braver.”
The surprise elements will include a headpiece, cape and Wild Peonies sandals. “The head will be covered, so will the top of the body. The cape will fall and the entire outfit will 'bloom' through colored print, rich beads of different sizes and embroidered details just like the national flower of Romania, the wild peony,” Bianca added.
Hailing from Transylvania, Bianca is 22-years-old and stands 176 cm tall and is professional model and a businesswoman who runs his online business. The diva volunteers at various organizations which aims to eliminate any form of domestic violence in Romania, to inform and provide support to people in need and she aspires to change the culture of taxation both nationally and internationally.
She also works as an advocate for the children’s education as she believes in the power of education to transform lives and combating bullying in Romania. She is currently working as a charitable spokesperson for charities such as Cetatea Voluntarilor, Fundatia Renasterea and others.
Bianca’s grace and the elegant national costume is definitely going to be a treat for the pageant followers. She is a confident, strong, and determined woman who is now only few days away from her dream of representing Romania at Miss Universe stage.
Miss Universe 2020 will host the National Costume competition on 13th May 2021 with a live broadcast. Miss Universe Romania 2020 Bianca Lorena Tirsin will represent Romania at the 69th edition of Miss Universe on 16th May 2021 in the United States. The winner will succeed Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi from South Africa for the title.
