Bebiana Mangal is the newly crowned Miss Universe Saint Lucia 2019 and will now represent her country in Miss Universe 2019. She succeeds Angella Dalsou Miss Universe Saint Lucia 2019. The 23-year-old model bested four other delegates to win the national crown.
The gorgeous beauty is a graduate of the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College. She is a marketing executive who is also the President of St. Lucia National Trust Youth Chapter. She also initiated a feeding program for the less fortunate and has been active with the program for the past seven years.
Not new to the pageantry, Bebiana was a participant of Miss World Saint Lucia 2016 and with her stunning performance, she placed as the first runner-up. With her experience and beauty, she will definitely be a strong competition for the other ladies at the international level as well.

The contestants who competed for Miss Universe Saint Lucia 2019 were Bibiana Mangal, Stasia Jules, Tyler Dilsuk, Phillipa James and Lisa Marie Faustin.
Last year, Angella Dalsou Miss Universe Saint Lucia 2018 represented Saint Lucia in Miss Universe 2018 but unfortunately could not place in the Top. The country in yet to win its first ever Miss Universe crown.
