At the finals of the Miss Universe 2014 held on August 17'2014 at Hilton Colombo, Sri Lanka with ten (10) finalists competing for the crown, Avanti Marianne (24) was crowned Miss Universe Sri Lanka 2014. She was crowned by her predecessor and outgoing queen - Amanda Ratnayake, the Miss Universe Sri Lanka 2013. Avanti is 24 years of age, and stands tall at 5' 11.5". She will now represent Sri Lanka at Miss Universe 2014 pageant. Sri Lanka has never won any Miss Universe title till date.
Tamara Makalanda (26) was the first runner-up and was crowned Miss International Sri Lanka 2014. She will be competing at the Miss International 2014 contest on November 11' 2014 at Tokyo, Japan. Sri Lanka has also never won any Miss International pageant.
Uddima De Silva (26) was crowned Miss Tourism International Sri Lanka 2014, while Fiona De Silva (24) was crowned Bride of the World Sri Lanka 2014.
