The finale of the 2022 edition of Miss Universe Switzerland was held on 2nd September 2022 at La Marive in Yverdon-les-Bains where Alia Guindi was crowned Miss Universe Switzerland 2022 and will represent Switzerland at Miss Universe 2022.

Alia Guindi gave a stellar performance at the national contest. With a charming personality and stunning looks, Alia was a front-runner for the crown from the beginning. She also has experience in pageantry as she holds Top 6 MSF 2021 and Top Model Europe 2020 finalist positions.

Also at the end of the even finale, Nicole Zimmermann of Fribourg, Tiphanie Sagne of Neuchâtel, Zolanny Encarnacion of Basel and Sashi Chiesa of Basel were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.

Top 13 also included Aurore Keim (Vaud), Brenda Huguet (Genève), Elisa Esteve (Valais), Jessica Chassot (Vaud), Marie Terreaux (Vaud), Melanie Haldemann (Fribourg), Pamela Tropea (Valais), Shadya Chagna (Genève).

Alia succeeds Miss Universe Switzerland 2018 Jastina Doreen Riederer who represented the country at Miss Universe 2018 but could not place in the Top. The country is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Universe. The country's highest placement was second runner-up in 2006 with Lauriane Gilliéron.
