The organization of Miss Venezuela will be hosting the 2021 edition soon where delegates from all over the country will participate to compete for the national crown and a chance to represent Venezuela at Miss Universe 2021. The winner will succeed Miss Venezuela 2020 Mariángel Villasmil Zulia for the tile who will represent the country at the 69th edition of Miss Universe scheduled to take place on 16th May 2021 in the United States.
One of the names that have caught everyone’s attention is Verónica Lourdes Figuera Morales who has shown her interest in being a part of Miss Venezuela 2021. Veronica is Miss Grand International 2019 Valentina Figuera’s sister and the resemblance in their looks is uncanny.
Hailing from Puerto La Cruz, Edo Anzoátegui, Veronica is 20-years-old and stands 182 cm tall. She is studying Advertising, Marketing, and English. She seems like a potential candidate to represent Venezuela at Miss Universe 2021 as she is confident, assured, and focused on her goals in life.
The beauty queen participated at the Barcelona Carnival Reign 2018 along with Valentina Figuera and later was the part of El Concurso by Osmel where she finished in Top 7. Veronica also participated in Sambil Model Venezuela 2019 where she was placed in the top 5 at the end of the event finale and has been working hard to earn the rightful position for herself.
Veronica is passionate about modeling and using the platform she must make a change in the society she lives in. She has been a part of various campaigns in Venezuela which has helped her to gain confidence, experience, and focus to keep doing better and better in the future. The diva has mentioned that she always strives for a change that challenges her and pushes her out of her comfort zone as she wants to live and experience a life of constant growth.
