Miss World Organization (MWO) earlier released an official statement to confirm Pattaya, Thailand is the official host venue for Miss World 2019, a first for the Asian country. When Julia Morley, the Chairwoman of Miss World Organization, also talked about the beautiful Asian country is the official host and called Thailand as ‘The Lord of Smiles’.

The organization recently revealed that the grand finale of the pageant is all set to take place in Pattaya, Thailand on 7th December 2019. The organization also unveiled that the delegates from over 130 countries are scheduled to arrive in Thailand on 9th November for the month-long festival.

This year’s edition would be comprised of more fun and glamour as this time the journey is going to be a month-long journey as the delegates will be taken to the month-long festival. 

In addition to this, the organization also unveiled that the opening ceremony of the journey will be held in Bangkok itself, each contestant will then compete in a series of fast track events that will take them on a journey around some of the country’s most spectacular tourism sites taking in its rich cultural heritage.

The much awaited and the grand Miss World finale event will be broadcasted globally to over 100 countries, where viewers will watch the entire show and the coronation night is believed to be a grand affair as it will witness various stellar performances  and the reigning Miss World, Vanessa Ponce de León will relinquish her crown and will hand it over to her successor the 69th Miss World in Thailand.
