Moving on the road to the finale is Miss Mundo Brasil 2016 which is scheduled to be held on June 25’ 2016. The finale will be held in the city of Florianópolis in Jurerê Internacional, one of the most famous beaches in Brazil. 41 gorgeous finalists from all over Brazil have been shortlisted to compete at the Miss Mundo Brasil 2016 contest.

The contestants arrived on June 16’ 2016 as special guests of Winter Play, Brazil’s trendiest electronic music party. The delegates were welcomed at the 5-star Il Campanario Villaggio Resort at the Welcome Drink party. On the same night, the contestants also attended a Opening Party where they danced to the tunes of great music.

On June 17’ 2016 the Miss Mundo Brasil organisation hosted a Special Lunch for the contestants. It summed up to be a fun weekend for the delegates as they had the opportunity to get to know each other. Miss World Americas and Miss Brazil 2015 Catharina Choi Nunes, along with Mister Brazil Anderson Tomazini, also joined the party.

When Catharina Choi Nunes was asked about the 41 contestants competing for the title of Miss Mundo Brasil this year, she said, “I can only say that I am glad I competed last year, they are unbelievable!!”.
