Miss World Philippines 2019 is on its road to the finale, which is scheduled to be hosted on 8th September 2019 at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay, the Philippines where forty beauties from all around the country will compete for the national crown and the opportunity to represent the Philippines at Miss World 2019 pageant. Miss World Philippines 2018 Katarina Rodriguez will crown her successor at the conclusion of the finale.
The 25year-old Filipino Actress Isabella de Leon is emerging as a potential winner and is being liked by a massive crowd for beauty, elegance and confident personality. The pageant has just embarked and this beauty has already caught the public’s eye. The beauty’s social media account was already flooded by a lot of followers but now the handlers are seeing a huge increase in her followers just after her introduction in the pageant.
Isabella is being liked more by people as she is already well-known as a former child actress of Duday in GMA-7's sitcom Daddy Di Do Du (2001) and, garnered a FAMAS Best Child Actress award for her role in Magnifico (2003). Prior to this, was featured in the title role of the GMA drama series Munting Anghel in 2000. She also appeared in a string of TV shows including Love to Love, Mulawin, Fantastikids, Mga Mata ni Anghelita and as Chrissy Altamira in Nasaan Ka Elisa. She also played the role of Digna in Maria Mercedes.
In 2013, she made her debut as a recording artist under PolyEast Records and released her debut album, LoveZone, which consisted of original songs, all written by her. Later, in September 2014, she starred in the TV-5 TV series Trenderas alongside Lara Maigue and A.K.A. Jam member Katrina Velarde. Moreover, recently, she has been starred in a Wattpad entitled Diary ng Hindi Malandi, Slight Lang by Owwsic where she played the lead character Pilar Payoson a.k.a. Pipay. She also starred in another Wattpad series entitled Mistakenly Meant for You as the lead character Irina Sobel Samonte a.k.a. ICE.
