The finale of Miss Philippines Earth 2017 is just a week away. At the conclusion of the gala finale, one of the 40 finalists will earn the prestigious right to represent the country at Miss Earth 2017 pageant. The delegates are currently going through a series of events and activities, making their way to the finale. One of the recent, activities was the Swimsuit and Resort Wear Competition.

Following were announced as the winners of the Resort Wear Competition –

GOLD: Miss Caloocan City 2017 Jessica Marasigan

SILVER: Miss Pulilan Bulacan 2017 Samantha Acosta

BRONZE: Miss Mandaluyong City 2017 Shane Tormes

The winners for the Swimsuit Contest were also announced –

GOLD: Miss Cagayan De Oro City, Sherlyn Doloriel                      

SILVER: Miss Puerto Princesa City, Sandrine Stoelzaed

BRONZE: Miss Olongapo City, Kim De Guzman

The Preliminary Contest was held on July 6, at Versailles Palace, Alabang. The contestants walked the stage in front of a panel of jury donning colourful swimwears and resort wears, flaunting their toned body.

The Organisation has been keeping the finalists engrossed and involved in the contest through various events and activities. In another event, also held recently, the contestants took part in the Press Presentation held at the Diamond Hotel and Resort, Philippines. Following were announced as the Darling of the Press –

BRONZE: Miss Porac Pampanga 2017 Anne Krishia Antonio and Miss Panglao Bohol 2017 Catherine Cadayona Tabaniag

SILVER: Miss Olongapo City 2017 Kim De Guzman        

GOLD: Miss Pulilan Bulacan 2017 Samantha Viktoria Acosta
