Viktoria Podmanicka has been waiting for two years to achieve what she set out to do when she was adjudged first runner-up at Miss Slovensko 2020. The stunning beauty will finally represent Slovakia at Miss International 2022.

Viktoria is 20 years of age. She grew up in the city of Banska Bystrica which is right in the heart of Slovakia. Viktoria also hails from a family of doctors who taught her the value of service and importance of caring for the people around her. That’s also what inspired her to help others who are not as fortunate as her.

On being presented with the opportunity, Viktoria took to her official social media as she wrote, “My name is Viktoria Podmanicka and I'm going to represent the Slovak Republic at the 60th Miss International in Japan December this year. Today marks 3 months before the grand finally of Miss International 2022 and I can't wait to meet all the Queens from all over the world.”

Through her journey, she got in touch with PONS association when she was only 15 years of age. The association specializes in helping disabled children and young people. Just recently, Viktoria helped in summer camp as an assistant with all organizing activities such as riding horses, bowling, driving ATVs and more.

At Miss Slovakia in 2020, along with winning the first runner-up position, she also won the title of Miss Sympathy. Viktoria is finally up for her stint at Miss International 2022. Miss International was cancelled for two editions, 2020 and 2021, due to covid-19 pandemic. While Viktoria was supposed to compete at 2020 edition, she has now had ample time to prepare herself to win the crown for her country.
